The apartment home will be turned by maintenance staff such as mechanical needs and painting. Then, it will be professionally cleaned
and carpet cleaned by a licensed and bonded vendor.
Lastly, maintenance and office will both do a final walk through and make sure it is sparkling clean  to ensure it is the highest quality
condition possible for YOU! 

Yes. We have on-site maintenance Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, and 24/7 emergency maintenance. 

You may submit a maintenance work order request via the Edison47 resident app or via email, phone call or dropping by the office. 

Maintenance work orders are completed within 24 hours by the on-site maintenance team.

Residents can give permission to enter if they are not home, or they can set up a couple hour window appointment if they'd like to be

During office hours, we are happy to give  access and/or get  a new set of keys. After office hours, residents must call a locksmith
at their own expense.

Residents are encouraged to decorate their home and make it their own. However, any necessary repairs will be charged at move out


Potter Creek has a 24/7 fitness center, complimentary coffee bar, playground, 2 BBQ stations, state of the art clubhouse with
resident lounge, monthly resident events, bicycle storage, EV charging stations, private garages, and fully feneced pet park.

Yes. Uncovered parking is open on a first come, first serve basis. Covered carport and garages are available at monthly rentable rate.

All of our apartment homes come fully equppied with full size washer and dryer in unit.

Yes! We have a 2 pet maximum. Please review our pet policy here

$600 non-refundable pet fee for 1st pet. $300 non refundable pet fee for 2nd pet. $35/month pet rent, per pet.

Yes, Pottery Creek apartments has a fully fenced pet park.

The apartment home comes fully equppied with stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, range, microwave and washer/dryer.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

Our shortest lease term offered is 6 months.

No, we do not offer corporate leases.

Our fitness center is available 24/7.

Treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bicycle, functional strength trainer, dumbbell rack with dumbbell free weights, FID bench, self-guided
foam roller, exercise mat, medicine balls, and fit balls are all available at our fitness center. 

Quite hours are 10PM-8AM. No ammenity fee, however the resident lounge is able to be reserved for pritave parties for a refundable
deposit of $100.

Both! We accept walk-ins and appointments. 

Management is availalble to assist Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM and Saturday 10AM-5PM.

Approval process is within 72 hours. 

Move in costs will vary depending upon screening results for deposit amount, admin fees, rentable items and pro-rated rents
depending upon move in date.

Edison47 accepts first-time renters, if income qualified, with a guarantor that meets the criteria.

Rent can be paid by personal check, cashier's check, money order or online with checking/savings account, credit card or debit card
via the resident portal at 

Monthly rent and monthly water/sewer/gargbage flat rate are required fees. Other fees may apply such as pet rent,
carport rent or garage rent.

Yes. Minimum liability requirement of $100,000.

None. Utilities are a separate flat fee. 

Water, sewer, garbage is already set up and paid directly to management with rent. Electricity is through Puget Sound Energy
which the resident will set up online or by phone. 

Quantem Fiber (century link) or Astound (wave broadband).

Guests are welcome. If staying longer than 7 consecutive days in a row you must notify management and add to lease contract.  

No, the rental rate will stay the same for the entirety of the lease contract. We do not accept rent a year in advance.
Maximum early payment accepted is 2 months. 

Subletting is not permitted. 

Lease termination fee is based upon 2X the rental rate.


Yes. Kitsap transit 8 - Fred Meyer Port Orhcard.

Gas, grocery, coffee, HWY 16 are close to Pottery Creek Apartments. 

South Kitsap School District

There is a fully fenced pet park on property. There is an off lease dog park "Howe Farm Dog Park" 3.7 miles from the community. 

Port Orchard Waterfront bike trail is close to Pottery Creek.

Grocery stores such as Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Walmart are resident favorites.


Follow WA-3 S and WA-16 E to WA-160 E/SW Sedgwick Rd in Port Orchard. Take the WA-160 E/Sedgwick Rd exit from WA-16 E
Follow WA-16 W to WA-160 E/SE Sedgwick Rd in Port Orchard. Take the WA-160 E/Sedgwick Rd exit from WA-16 W.
