MFTE
Pottery Creek is proud to participate in the Multifamily Property Tax Exemption (MFTE) program. The MFTE program provides a tax exemption on new multifamily buildings in exchange for setting aside 20% of the homes as income- and rent-restricted. By supporting mixed-income residential development, the MFTE program ensures affordability as our community grows.
In order to qualify for MFTE homes at Pottery Creek, total household income must be below 40% of the area median income for Studios, 65% for 1 Bedrooms, 75% for 2 Bedrooms, and 80% for 3 Bedrooms. Ready to Apply? Follow the steps below to get started!
1. Complete your rental application by clicking "Apply-Phase 2" at the top of the home screen and select a home designated 'MFTE'
2. Send a completed MFTE Resident Application and provide supporting proof of income to potterycreek@edison47.com within 48 hours of applying.
